After going live with Dynamics NAV at the beginning of 2015, Drew quickly become frustrated with the lack of data visibility. Every time he needed a report, financial or operational, his vendor at the time would have to write it. The externally built reports were expensive, at least $1000 or more each, took weeks to write, weren’t adaptable, and never provided Drew, or the business, with what they needed.
