Jet Global Services Policies

This document summarizes Jet Global Data Technologies (Jet Global) policies for service delivery, including project work, consulting, meetings, online and classroom training.  It is intended to provide some guidelines to help you get the most out of your investment in Jet Global software and services.  We take pride in forming strong, productive relationships with our customers and are committed to setting you up for success.

Services Expiration

You have one year from the date of purchase to use your Jet Global services.  If you are unable to use your purchased services within this period, please contact us prior to the expiration date so we can discuss your options.  We’ll also let you know if you have unused services available before they expire.

Regional Classroom Services

If you have paid and registered for regional classroom services such as a Report Writing Workshop, you will receive a confirmation via email no later than 4 weeks from the class start date.  Please wait to book travel and accommodations until you receive this confirmation to avoid any cancellation or rescheduling fees imposed by your airline or hotel.

Please notify Jet Global at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the start of your regional classroom service if you need to reschedule to another date.    If you reschedule fewer than 21 days before your class is scheduled to start, a $250 change fee may be assessed.

Onsite Services

If you need to cancel or reschedule onsite services scheduled at your offices, please provide us with as much notice as possible to be eligible for a credit toward future services as follows:

  • 21+ days’ notice before scheduled services: 75% credit
  • 14-20 days’ notice before scheduled services: 50% credit
  • 7-13 days’ notice before scheduled services: 25% credit
  • 6 days or less before scheduled services: 0% credit

You are responsible for any expenses incurred on your behalf for onsite services prior to cancelling the scheduled services, including cancellation or rescheduling fees.

In-House & Local Onsite Services

We love it when our clients come to our Portland, Oregon office to complete services in person!  We’re also available to work onsite locally in the Portland Metro area.  You may postpone or cancel an in-house or local onsite service up to 7 days prior to the first scheduled session.  If prior arrangements are not made, you will forfeit your services fees.  Travel expenses (mileage) to and from the Jet Global office for local onsite services are billable.

Online Services

Online services including web-based training and consulting services may be postponed or cancelled up to 48 hours (2 business days) in advance of the scheduled time.  If prior arrangements are not made within this timeframe, you will be charged for the time as scheduled.

Jet Global uses a tool called ScheduleOnce (Meetme.so) to make it easy and efficient to schedule meetings or reserve time with your Business Intelligence or Reporting Consultant.  We ask that clients use this tool to book time on our calendars.  If you are unsure how much time to reserve, please contact your consultant for some guidance.
